Shipping Rates:
We accept exchanges on stock items still in brand new condition. Please contact us within 7 days of ordering. Return shipment is at the cost of the customer. Returns or exchanges on custom orders are not accepted.

Please store your jewellery in a cool, dry place. It is important to take care of your jewellery pieces to ensure you can enjoy them for a very long time.
Remove all jewellery before showering or swimming and avoid contact with make up, sprays or perfumes because these harsh chemicals can damage the surface of certain materials.
Polymer clay has a slight bend to the material making it robust and long lasting.
If you get make up or dirt on your clay pieces, clean it off with a damp cloth. For more stubborn marks you can use some nail varnish remover on a cotton bud.
Use gentle strokes over the effected area with the cotton bud until the mark disappears then wipe with a clean damp cloth and dry with a clean towel.
I make my statement carved clay pieces in my home in beautiful Dorset.
